We’re on job sites most of the day, so a text often gets answered sooner than a call. Four things get you an accurate estimate in one message:

• Your address — or at least the city, so we know it’s in range.
• What you want done — wash the house, redo the beds, haul off a pile, clean the windows, or some combination.
• A photo or two. This is the big one. Pictures of the driveway, the siding, the beds or the junk pile tell us more than a paragraph does, and they’re the difference between a rough guess and a real number.
• When you’d like it done — if you have a deadline, say so up front.
