Precision Wash & Landscape is a service-area business — we come to you. Most of our pressure washing, flowerbed and hauling work is in Monroe, West Monroe and Ruston and the communities around them.

The bulk of our work sits on both sides of the Ouachita River. It’s a mix of older established neighborhoods with mature tree cover and newer subdivisions — and the tree cover is exactly what drives the calls. Shade keeps siding and concrete damp, and damp is what mildew and algae need. If your driveway is green and your north wall is streaked, that’s why.
What we do most here: house and driveway washing, flowerbed cleanout with fresh pine straw, and limb and furniture haul-off.
About half an hour east on I-20, and a different mix — a college town with a heavy rental and turnover market alongside owner-occupied homes. Rental turnovers tend to need the full run: wash the exterior, clear out what the last tenant left, reset the beds. We take those.
We don’t keep a list of every community we’ll drive to, because the honest answer depends on the day and the size of the job. Call or text your address and what you need done. If it isn’t a fit we’ll say so rather than waste your time.

Often, yes. Those three are simply where most of our work is. If you’re elsewhere in Ouachita or Lincoln Parish, or just over a parish line, call or text with your address and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can get to you.
Any travel is built into the estimate you approve before work starts. You will not get a separate trip charge added afterward.
Yes — rentals, small commercial buildings and turnover cleanups get the same washing, flowerbed and hauling services as houses.
